With over 35 years of experience in the fitness industry & 17 years as a Zumba instructor, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes and creates her own dance routines. Holding qualifications in exercise science and senior fitness, she offers an enjoyable workout that can be adapted to a range of fitness levels, ages and abilities. Dance at your own pace, enjoy great music, and have fun while staying active. First class free💃🎶
