The Ferns Club provides former elites athletes and coaches with access to a dedicated, high-performance training environment.
The exclusive membership provides access to Adams Academy facilities, services and benefits usually reserved to eligible, current high-performing athletes.
- Receive sport/goal specific Strength and Conditioning programme
- Invitation to attend six athlete development seminars held annually
- Access to all Bay Venues swimming pool facilities including Mount Hot Pools and Bay Wave
- Ability to access a dedicated multi-sport High Performance training environment including onsite recovery pools
Only eligible former pro-athletes who meet specific criteria can apply for a membership.
We reserve the right to accept athletes who fall outside these criteria
MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
Sport specific or tailored Strength and Conditioning programmes available, alternatively individuals can provide their own programming.
Ability to access a dedicated multi-sport high-performance training environment including onsite recovery pools.
Invitation to attend six athlete development seminars held annually.
Access to all Bay Venues swimming pools including Mount Hot Pools and Baywave.
Access to Athlete Lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
All this for only $35 per week!
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Minimum 3 months commitment – on going after minimum term. Cancellation must be done in writing with 2 weeks’ notice. Membership suspension available minimum 2 weeks and maximum 4 weeks within a 3 month block – 7 days’ notice required. Online application must be completed in full and criteria met. Must adhere to UoW Adams Centre Health and Safety and Gym use policies and procedures and complete a full induction prior first session. Management reserves the right to decide whether applicant meets the high performance criteria.
